Registration fee (flat rate)
This is a single, indivisible charge for essential conference services—such as access to scientific sessions, conference materials, venue‑related costs, and general hospitality services uniformly provided as part of the official program. No itemized charges for optional social events.

■On-site payment: We accept credit cards via the Payvent system (recommended), as well as cash.

■Refund policy is included in participation policy.

■VISA application
*Visa-related expenses will be charged separately (JPY 7,500).

Registration

After receiving the acceptance notification,
presenting authors are requested to complete their registration and payment by the specified deadline.

Presentation slots will be confirmed only after registration is completed.

It will open from Middle Feb. to Mar. 31st, 2026.
First, please submit an abstract of your presentation.

VISA SUPPORT

Participants who request visa support through the registration form and meet the following requirements will be contacted by the conference secretariat in due course. We kindly ask for your patience until further instructions are provided.

Eligibility Requirements:
1. Your abstract has been accepted for presentation.
2. Your registration fee has been fully paid.
If you have difficulty making the credit card payment, please contact the IWRF Secretariat in advance.

Please note that, due to administrative and documentation requirements, the deadline for submitting visa support applications is April 30, 2026.
