The city is well-connected by trains and highways, ensuring a smooth journey for all participants. It takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes from Kansai International Airport to Himeji by train.
Himeji is a beautiful city in western Japan, known for its rich history and culture. The highlight is Himeji Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Japan’s most iconic and best-preserved castles.
The conference venue, Egret Himeji, is located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of the castle and major transportation hubs. Visitors can enjoy traditional Japanese architecture, serene gardens, and local cuisine.
