IWRF2026 welcomes the submission of abstracts for oral and poster presentations.
In this conference, no presentations will be designated as “invited.”
All presentation categories will be determined based on the submitted abstracts
and the review by the Program Committee.
A limited number of Featured Presentations (selected from submitted abstracts)
may be highlighted in the program.
Note: The above structure reflects the Advisory Board’s recommendations to
ensure clarity, neutrality, and equitable recognition across the program.
To support participants who require visas and to ensure smooth program preparation, IWRF2026 will use a two‑step notification process:
-Step 1: Abstract Acceptance (rolling review)
Submitted abstracts will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Acceptance notifications will be sent as soon as the review is completed. This early notification allows presenters who require visas to begin their travel procedures without delay.
-Step 2: Presentation Format Assignment (before the early registration
deadline)
The final presentation format (featured/normal oral or poster) will be
assigned by the Program Committee after the overall program structure is
arranged. The detailed schedule will be announced at a later stage.
