For oral presentations, one windows laptop, a laser pointer, an D-sub15 cable, and a microphone, are installed in each conference room. It is recommended to prepare your own presentation using PowerPoint, and move your file into the laptop by using a usb memory.
   Speakers' laptops are also available. In this case, check the connection to a digital projector bofore the session starts.

Projection Equipment
presentation aspect ratio : 4:3

Presentation aspect ratio 16:9 is also available. However, because of the aspect ratio of the screen in the conference site is still 4:3, the projected images made with aspect ratio of 16:9 become a little bit small.

Poster

90 min. including discussion.

The maximum size of one poster is A0. The title, a list of authors and affrications should be posted on the top of the poster. Presenters should stay in front of their posters during the session to discuss their paper.

Presenters post their posters in the morning of the day.
