Those planning to attend the symposium are reqested to complete and return the preliminary registration form by March 31st (Thursday), 2005 (exteded) to Dr. Takeshi Kubota to by e-mail (kubotake@riko.shimane-u.ac.jp) or FAX (+81-852-32-6294). Japanese participants are recommended to pay the fee via on line bank transfer. On-site payment by cash (Korean Won) at the registration desk is allowed for Korean participants as long as they submit the registration form by March 18th, 2005. No refunds can be made for cancellations after April 30th, 2005.

The banquet is planed to be held in Tokyu Inn Hotel from 19:30 on May 12th. Please send e-mail to this address when you plan to join the banquet. The registration fee and the banquet fee can be received in cash (Won, or Yen) at the Symposium reception desk.
